Hypnotherapy is a well established, evidence based practice for a range of health and wellness concerns. It is a complementary therapy, which means it works harmoniously alongside traditional medical treatment and other therapies.
It allows an individual to self direct supportive and meaningful change in their own health, wellbeing and life. The Clinical Hypnotherapy process involves gently guiding the mind into a more relaxed (but natural) brain state, hence why most clients find this process an extremely relaxing one.
